Telephone Advice
If you would like to be phoned about a particular problem please let the receptionist know and she will take a number that we can call you back on. As we get time during the day we will call you back as soon as we can, although this usually happens after morning surgery. First thing in the morning, especially on a Monday can be particularly busy and telephone requests can often wait until after 10.00.

We cannot accept repeat prescriptions over the telephone unless you are housebound. Prescription requests have to be in writing.

It is helpful when ordering repeat prescriptions to provide an explanation at the time of request if there are any changes i.e. ordering early due to a holiday.

It takes us two working days to process your prescription from the day of your dropping your request in. We then send your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice, who may take at least another one working day to order your medication.

Please make sure that you have ticked ALL the items that you want on your repeat prescription.
