Cancelling your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.

By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Change of Details

Please let us know if your phone number or address or any other contact information changes so that we can keep our records up to date.

Telephone Advice
If you would like to be phoned about a particular problem please let the receptionist know and she will take a number that we can call you back on. As we get time during the day we will call you back as soon as we can, although this usually happens after morning surgery. First thing in the morning, especially on a Monday can be particularly busy and telephone requests can often wait until after 10.00.

Friends of Saxonbury House

The Friends Of Saxonbury House Surgery is an independent charitable group. Its role is to provide much needed additional funding to support and extend the facilities available to the doctors and staff of the surgery. We are most indebted to those patients who raise funds for the practice.

Any contributions received go towards the cost of adding to or replacing essential medical equipment for the sole benefit of our patients.  If you are interested in joining this group, more details can be obtained in the surgery.
